Skill-Lync - Senior Manager - B2B Sales (4-8 yrs)
Roles/Responsibilities :
- As the Manager - Corporate Relation (B2B), you will be responsible for building Relationships with CXO, HR Heads, L&D Heads to create a portfolio of corporate clients covering a user base of 10000-15000 employees.
- Establish a consulting approach with clients to understand their Up-Skilling & Re-Skilling need.
- Create an Up-skilling & Re-skilling plan after discussion with Internal stakeholders for L&D & Business Heads.
- Capture domain-specific feedback on how the content needs to be improved for meeting the client requirements
- Work with internal teams to prepare competitive proposals to close deals.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the Sales cycle from Lead generation to client success - work with internal teams for ensuring seamless usage by the client employees
- Be responsible for renewing platform usage on an annual basis
