About SKIDOS :
- SKIDOS offers over 40 plus learning games for kids aged 3 to 7. These Games help to develop creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, as well as improving kids' knowledge in math & coding. To get unlimited access to all the 40+ games, users (parents) need to pay a subscription fee - monthly / quarterly / yearly based on their decision. Our focus markets are English-speaking markets like US-UK-Australia-Canada as well as other European nations. Our goal is to help develop smart future-ready kids through enabling their holistic development and imparting 21st century skills in them.
Experience : 4+ years in a similar role. Preferably managing a subscription business model or a business that has a recurring revenue model. Candidates handling similar roles in D2C brands like ZEE5, Amazon Prime Video, Makemytrip, Furlenco, Spotify, Gaana etc will be the best fit for this role.
E- xposure to customer automation tools like Webengage, CleverTap as well as email marketing tools will be a big plus. The candidate should be ideally handling a role with a revenue responsibility. A good understanding of SAAS product environment will be preferred. Preference will be given to candidates who have exposure to both app as well as web-based products - exposure to app based businesses is mandatory for consideration.
Hey Deliverables of the Role :
The key objectives of this role will be to accomplish the following :
- Enhance monthly subscriptions through re-targeting customers lost in the different stages of the conversion funnel through marketing campaigns focused on customized offerings & communication.
- Drive customer engagement with the existing product to improve key engagement metrics like daily and monthly active users, number of active days, median session length etc.
- Re-target churned users through customer win-back programs
- Responsible to drive revenue from existing customers through pricing interventions, improved retention for different customer cohorts, relevant customer communication
- Monthly measurement of key success metrics, identify gaps and recommend corrective actions on an ongoing basis
- Have a keen eye for creative designs and drive customer communication through insightful textual and visual communication framework.
- A/B testing on communication, pricing, customer segments and work on a learning roadmap.
- Have an innate love for technology products and find the best means to enable the customers discover the product value on a continuous basis
