Skadoosh Media - Paid Media Role (1-2 yrs)
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Paid Media Executive to spearhead our digital advertising efforts. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms, primarily Meta and Google Ads. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in elevating brand visibility, driving engagement, and achieving significant conversions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, tailoring strategies to meet specific objectives and KPIs
- Develop compelling ad campaigns, including meticulous audience targeting, persuasive ad copywriting, and eye-catching creative development, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and maximizing ROI
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, meticulously analyze key metrics, and derive actionable insights to refine strategies and enhance overall effectiveness
- Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in social media advertising and Google Ads, to uncover emerging opportunities and innovative solutions
- Forge strong partnerships with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and product, to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations to effectively communicate campaign results, valuable insights, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing social media advertising and Google Ads campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of Meta and Google Ads, including ad formats, targeting options, and optimization techniques. Proficiency with other digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data, extract meaningful insights, and leverage data-driven decision-making to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and results to diverse audiences
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- A creative thinker who thrives on innovation and possesses a passion for staying ahead of industry trends
- Google Ads certification is strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with additional digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience working in an agency or e-commerce setting
- Experience working with programmatic ads
