Sixth Sense IT Solutions - Head - Sales (1-15 yrs)
We are looking for a Sales Head to shape our organizational sales and scale revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy suitable for our firm and building out a team of sales interns for achieving the required targets. The person should be willing and excited to sell into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities and leading the path by setting an example.
Responsibilities :
- Plans out strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
- Drive the successful implementation and adoption of the sales and marketing strategies
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Train, coach and monitor executives and salespeople ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Establish and foster relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to influence and get the work done on time
