Site Communication Manager & Country Coordinator - Internal Communication - Healthcare/Pharma (6-8 yrs)
- The Site Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing an internal communication strategy and plan that includes site-specific communications needs and global initiatives.
- External communications activities may also be required and would primarily be focused on community relations in the area where the site is located. The role holder will represent Communications on the site leadership team.
Internal Communications
Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead delivery of a site communications and engagement plan.
- Develop and implement change management communications at all levels within the site.
- Assure integration of global initiatives into site communications plan to manage information flow and demonstrate alignment, providing feedback if tailoring or translations are needed.
- Work with Site Heads/General Manager and Leadership Teams as well as local Country and Global Communications to anticipate and identify internal communication opportunities and issues.
- Manage and target key internal communications channels at site level to varied audiences (e.g.: town hall meetings and other events, site newsletter and bulletin boards etc.) to ensure messages are clear, concise and readily accessible.
Education / Experience / Background
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Communications or a related field;
- At least five years of internal communications experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical or health care industry;
- Change management Communications experience;
- Communications experience in a manufacturing support role is highly desirable;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language. Proven attention to detail and organizational skills required;
