Role Overview :
- Your role as a Business Development Executive will require you to be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and implementing effective sales strategies to drive company growth and achieve revenue targets. You will play a vital role in expanding the organization's market presence and fostering long-term partnerships. You will be reporting to the Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities :
As a Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include :
- Proficiency in understanding technical customer requirements and identifying suitable Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for collaboration.
- Effective key account management skills.
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborative approach to support major opportunities in the region alongside the regional account management sales team.
- Regular reporting on business development and sales activities, providing valuable insights.
- Understanding the customer's business, industry, and commercial environment to identify viable opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging industry trends. Analyse market data to determine market opportunities and competitive landscape.
What We Need :
- Proven experience in Aviation domain.
- Strong understanding of Sales principles and Strategies.
- Familiar with MS Office
Education Qualifications & Years of Experience :
- Technical background is a must
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
