Simplilearn - Manager/Specialist - Inside Sales (1-5 yrs)
Position: Inside Sales ( Individual Contributor Role )
Location: Bangalore - Work from Office
Job Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 6 months of inside sales experience
Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal skills, negotiation & convincing skills.
- Immediate joiners and Bangalore candidates are preferred-
- Freshers with Inside sales internship can also apply-
CTC : 4 LPA to 7.3 LPA ( 75 % Fixed + 25 % Variable )
Responsibilities:
1. Conversion of received leads to sales.
2. Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
3. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
4. Proactively identifying cross-selling/ upselling opportunities with the existing customers.
5. Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
