Simplilearn - Manager - Search Engine Optimization (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for a SEO Manager who can drive organic revenue growth for one of the categories within Simplilearn. Your role will be to grow organic traffic, leads and revenue exponentially while collaborating with business stakeholders and other colleagues from across the company.
What you'll do:
1. Lead SEO for one of the categories at Simplilearn to drive revenue growth numbers
2. Strategize on improving local SEO driving local traffic growth and more visibility on Google Maps
3. Setup Quarterly performance targets for the team and define key metrics, SEO roadmap for the BU
4. Review and analyze site traffic, leads to gauge positive and negative changes
5. Create strategies and formulate new avenues to drive organic traffic and revenue growth while ensuring these strategies are in line with the business's overall goals and objectives
6. Coordinate with business stakeholders for category growth updates
7. Coordinate with product team for any new product launches and website page conversion initiatives
8. Research, analyze and benchmark against competitor performance
9. Monitoring, reviewing and analyzing data to derive actionable insights for continuous growth
Who you are:
1. 3-5 years of experience in SEO
2. Demonstrated experience of managing SEO for product pages
3. Experience in local SEO optimization
4. Ability to anticipate or quickly react to ever changing landscape of search algorithms by staying on top of current search engine news, trends
5. Solid comprehension of search engine ranking factors, algorithms, site architectures and strategies along with strong analytical skills
6. Proficient in tools like Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Tableau, Google Search Console, web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
