Duties and responsibilities :
- Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls, Emails and Chat, for both domestic and international learners
- Resolve product related issues by determining the cause of the problem and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
- Work independently and efficiently to meet defined SLAs and other assigned tasks.
- Responsible for meeting productivity metrics and quality standards as per defined quality norms.
Desired skills :
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a flair for problem solving.
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts(Including night shift) with rotational week offs.
- Should be comfortable working from the office.
- Should have a professional approach in managing day to day schedule adherence.
- Able to drive customer centricity in the team.
- Experience of 0 - 3 years in voice process (Calls, Chat and Ticket management).
- Experience from e-learning/e-Commerce industry will be an added advantage
