Roles and Responsibilities :
- New Customer Acquisition
- On call sales of Online certification programs by Simplilearn.
- Monthly targets and incentives, incentive capping at 700%.
- Interacting with professionals on call and educating them about the courses offered by us.
- Maintain data and reports on a daily basis.
Must have skills :
- Graduate in any discipline
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), rapport building skills, strong convincing skills
- Experience in Inside Sales (0- 2yrs)
- Work from office(WFO)
- CTC : 4-6.5LPA (Fixed- 75%, Variable- 25%)
