Simplilearn - Graphic Designer (3-7 yrs)
What We Would Like To See :
- A designer who has an eye for balanced design and aesthetics, with experience in designing for online and print with a particular expertise in online ad creatives and Performance Marketing (Digital Marketing Ads)
- Analyze marketing challenges and create designs that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
- Should be visual storyteller and able to transform information, messages and concepts into high-quality assets that educate, inspire, and accurately depict and promote the brand, keeping in mind the visual language and brand tone
- Deep understanding of design context and content.
- You will make sure that our Creatives speak the same visual language across various mediums and channels.
What is the Job Requirement :
- 4-6 years of experience in the field of Digital Marketing Design especially in performance advertisements
- Have an understanding about how online display and search advertising works.
- A solid understanding of composition, visual balance, typography, colours, iconography & design aesthetics in general.
- Familiar with Marketing Performance data metrics and how it impacts data driven creatives
- Bring our brand style to all external and internal touch points. Design communication materials for all internal, external communication and for other marketing purposes
- Build visual campaigns from from conception to production, translates complex ideas into compelling digital experiences and creating assets for all acquisition channels
- Understanding of various Target Audience types, and how creatives and campaign direction is influenced by Target Audience demographics
- Independently handle Creative projects from start to finish across a wide range of media, meeting deadlines and working with constraints effectively
- Awareness of latest emerging graphic design trends
- A strong portfolio which is more than just a simple gallery of previous work, it should demonstrates your skill set, versatility, and range, defines your brand identity as a graphic designer
- Advanced skill set in Adobe Creative Suite applications, with flawless working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

- Well-aware of the Marketing Performance data metrics and how it impacts data driven creatives
- Maintain strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
- Remain current on emergent best practices for FB and LinkedIn
