Simplilearn - Enterprise Manager - Customer Success (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes increasing adoption, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for Account growth.
- Handhold clients from the sales closure stage to onboarding them to training them to governance and reporting and providing continued support
- Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
- Advocate for customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
- Understand the proposal/presentation objectives and determine the scope of work.
- Source information from relevant internal sources, core team, portals, etc. collating and analyzing information logically and producing high-quality outputs by deploying standard templates in a timely manner
- Maintain the repository and the tracker to ensure that all recent documents are added regularly.
- Pro-actively liaise with onshore stakeholders to receive timely feedback that can be leveraged to enhance the proposal/presentation development process
Qualifications :
- Experience in Training and education will be desirable.
- The familiarity of working with clients of all sizes.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
- 3+ yrs of prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer
- Strong team player but still a self-starter.
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
- Credible record of operating as an independent contributor
- High problem-solving skills; ability to drive through to an outcome in circumstances of complexity
- BE / B.Tech / BBA / BCom / MBA Preferred
