Location : Bangalore

US shift : 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (IST)

Week : 5 days a week (Hybrid working days)

Transport : Drop facility available.

Travel : Once or Twice - US region travel may required as per business needs

Responsibilities :

- Developing and executing a go-to-market (GTM) plan for the markets.

- Enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities.

- Work closely with Account Management to reach revenue targets.

- Identifying and establishing a partner network consisting of Distributors, Channel Partners and Resellers.

- Working closely with the marketing team to plan activation activities for brand building and lead generation.

- Actively prospect, qualify and develop a sales pipeline including B2B (University/Corporate) accounts to meet monthly / quarterly / annual revenue targets.

- Mining existing accounts for upselling and cross selling opportunities.

- Handling inbound enquiries.

- Handling the complete sales cycle from product demo to closure.

- Understanding client requirements and working with cross functional teams - pre-sales, solution architect and customer success teams to ensure a smooth and quick sales cycle.

Requirements :

- 2 years to10 years of experience in selling Educational or software products/services to the international markets, preferably in Far East, else, other markets such as the US Region.

- Business travel experience & direct sales to the above-mentioned markets.

- Handled revenue targets of USD 1 Million and above.

- Energetic, upbeat, tenacious operator with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity

- Strategic bent with strong bias for action.

- IT Product sales experience./Or eLearning product sales experience
