SimpliFin- Sales Development Role (1-3 yrs)
SimpliFin is on a mission to simplify the lives of finance professionals around the world, and we are looking for a sales development maverick to join us in our journey. As the first SDR in the company, you will be working directly with the CEO and the founding team to build SimpliFin and grow along with it.
What will you be doing?
- Building a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities for the company
- Prospecting for new leads using outbound channels - email, linkedin, cold calling
- Researching company and contacts to generate high quality leads
- Generating sales-ready leads through a strong discovery process
- Running discovery. Utilizing active listening skills to establish BANT with prospects
- Use and maintain SDR kit including list building, list enrichment, process optimization for Sales Dev tech stack
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Consistently achieve monthly targets of meetings and opportunities
What will you bring to the table?
- 1-3 years of experience as an SDR, preferably in b2b enterprise SaaS
- Should have a proven track record of selling to the C-suite. Experience in finance SaaS solutions to CFOs is an advantage
- Adept in prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Apollo, Lusha
- Proficient in cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual with a positive attitude
- North America market experience is a bonus
- Track record of success in a performance and metrics driven role
