Simpliance - Key Account Manager/Lead - Customer Assurance (2-5 yrs)
You Would Be :
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients
- Interacting with organization personnel related to client raised issues
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
- Developing a thorough understanding of key client's needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
- Regularly liaising with existing clients
- Monitor multiple concurrent informatics projects from start till end
Requirements :
- 2 - 6 years of experience in Client engagement and support.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Project handling experience
