Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management :
- Acts as a trusted advisor to new and current Simitri India clients
- Prioritise business requests and co-create Business Roadmap with Simitri CEO, COO and CMO
- Develop new business pipeline to substantially develop and grow the business in India leveraging both existing global clients and local clients
- Support effective business change by building relationships with India BD Consultants, delivery Consultants and Simitri heads of business India Sales
- Develop a strong India Sales team of Consultants
- Manages the business development budget and planning cycles
- Aligning the operations functions to the business strategy
Managing :
- Manage the communication and regular updates to business stakeholders on new customer initiatives
Managed Learning Services
- Responsible for business development
- Undertake scoping and evaluation of new Managed Services initiatives. Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation
- Manage client relationships in the fulfilment of service levels between Simitri and Managed learning service clients.
