Simform - Makreting Executive - Digital Marketing/Social Media/Content Marketing (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities
- Maintain digital marketing channels, leveraging internal and external resources, ensuring messaging is aligned across the channels for maximum effectiveness.
- Work with designers and content developers to produce imagery, video, and copy that is consistent with the global brand and the theme/design for the target business stream.
- Analyze, report, and act on the web and social media feedback and metrics taking corrective action or making improvements when performance issues arise.
- Develop and execute multimedia and interactive features that can be utilised across multiple channels including the websites, social media, and digital marketing.
- Identify insights and trends that facilitate new business, working with sales and branded content colleagues to develop game-changing, proactive branded content concepts.
- Proactively monitor industry trends, campaigns, clients and competitors to consistently fuel creative concepts within the branded content team, ensuring we are at the leading edge of branded content delivery and digital innovation.
- Share insights from previous campaigns with the team to maximise future success.
- End to end responsibility for the setup, trafficking, optimisation and ongoing monitoring of digital campaigns.
- Lead email planning, execution and data reporting for all marketing emails
Desired Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the capacity to story, tell across multiple platforms, including video, social, and experiential activations.
- Minimum 3 years experience in core marketing & lead generation (inbound)
- Should have the experience of working for an IT services company
- Must love the social media platforms: Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook & Snapchat
- Is resourceful at solving problems and has a strong sense of responsibility for KPIs and overall organisation goals
- Is comfortable working with minimal supervision and exercises sound judgment/problem solving when issues arise.
