Job Description:
- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including whitepapers, blog posts, e-books, reports, infographics, webinars, etc)
- Generate new leads, including marketing, qualified leads, by converting site traffic through call to action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing process through email, content, and social channels.
- Continuously improve blog strategies and tactics.
- Closely collaborate with sales to understand and create customer journeys and leverage marketing-sales collaboration to bring in customers, and continually refine this process to convert more sales.
- Efficiently leverage search engine optimization to increase organic reach, goal setting based on click through rates and build a subscriber base of enterprise customers.
- Manage various email campaigns, including the template design, call to actions, and content used in our email sends. - Leverage paid campaigns, maintain consistent brand voice
- Bring in new creative ideas each month, and justify why they are worth investing.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the capacity to story tell across multiple platforms, including video, social, and experiential activations.
- Minimum 3 years- experience in core marketing & lead generation (inbound)
- Should have the experience of working for an IT services company
- Must love the social media platforms: Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook & Snapchat
- Is resourceful at solving problems and has a strong sense of responsibility for KPIs and overall organization goals
- Is comfortable working with minimal supervision and exercises sound judgment/problem solving when issues arise.
