Silvermine - Associate Product Manager (3-6 yrs)
Preferred Skills:
The Associate Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Associate Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
Mandatory Skills:
- Overall 3-6 years- experience with web technologies.
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.
Personal Traits:
- Ability to think out of the box & understand market, customer and business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap.
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
- Write functional designs (based on PRDs) for broader products.
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products.
- Work with Marketing to develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
- Work with a cross functional team including Product Management, Product Development, Marketing & QA to define and deliver products.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
Experience: 3-6 years
