Silverbullet - Manager - Customer Success (0-1 yrs)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at assigned Manufacturers, Distributor and Custodies, including executives, decision-makers, and end-users.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points, and proactively provide strategic guidance and best practices to drive value and ensure success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and support, to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support for clients.
- Drive client retention and expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on clients' evolving needs and business goals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned clients, outlining objectives, success metrics, and action plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and analyse client usage data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the product management team to provide feedback on product enhancements and new feature requests based on client feedback and market trends.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer success management and share insights and knowledge with the team.
