Sigtuple - Senior Executive - Inside Sales - Humain Health (2-3 yrs)
Humain Health, one of the fastest growing brands in the diagnostic industry, is looking for young and motivated Business Development Executives Inside Sales, to build on the growth momentum.
Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in sale of diagnostic tests, health packages and other healthcare services on phone
- Spread awareness for preventive health checkups, and up-sell preventive packages to meet revenue targets
- Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
- Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
- Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands.
- Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
- Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
- Adheres to and supports company policies and practices
- Report customer feedback to manager, to help increase the efficiency of our campaigns
Skills:
- Strong empathy for customers and a hunger for growth
- Min of 1 yr of experience in direct customer sales
- Excellent communication
Languages: in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Marathi & Hindi
Work Timing : Rotational Day Shift (9 hrs)
Work Days : 6 Days with rotational week off
