Job Responsibilities:
- Meeting B2B Clients (Labs, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Dr Clinics) List in set frequency (Weekly Visits).
- Converting & creating new customers & ensuring business from them on daily basis
- Achievement of weekly & monthly revenue targets.
- Identifying pathology business & relevant markets in assigned territory/accounts
- Business generation from active & new clients on daily basis.
- Responsible of B2B Labs addition and market awareness
- Dr Service Point creation.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, service of labs & Dr service points.
- CEC Revenue from B2B / Dr Service Points / Corporates.
- Receivables & outstanding payment collection.
- Rolling out & executing marketing campaigns aimed at B2B clients.
- Overall service & customer delight of clients.
- Establishing HUMAIN Diagnostics as the top most preferred player in the B2B
segment in assigned territory.
Education and Experiences:
- Minimum of a bachelors degree
- Masters in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage
- 3 plus years of experience in healthcare/Diagnostics Industry
