Mirable Health is seeking an experienced marketing executive with the responsibility to design, implement and drive content and growth marketing initiatives using digital channels for its two brands - Humain Diagnostics and Medyog. You need to demonstrate a deep understanding and knowledge of the marketing ecosystem. You will also be responsible for the effective measurement of digital and performance marketing initiatives. You should have proven success in driving results in B2C customer acquisition. You should be comfortable working with complex challenges, and understand the value of the rapid test and learn approaches.
Experience and skills
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in digital marketing.
- Hands on experience in running and managing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Good experience and understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be used to drive acquisition and revenue.
- Expertise into SEM, PPC, Google Adword and Performance Marketing
- Experience in driving performance-based app install campaigns.
- Experience of budgeting, reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency using tools like Excel, Google Analytics and other reporting and analytics tool.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and easily adapt to change.
Responsibilities
1. Campaign planning and execution - Create new and engaging promotional and engagement campaigns. This will involve a deep understanding of customer needs and growth hacking.
2. End to end execution of campaign and marketing plan along with collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for promotional and engagement campaigns.
3. Media planning - For promotional campaigns, the candidate should also be able to plan and buy media as required - traditional, digital and new-age.
4. Marketing and creative direction - Coordinate with internal/external create agencies for creatives. Candidate should be able to write a comprehensive brief, evaluate creatives and give creative feedback when required.
