JOB DESCRIPTION : PRE SALES MANAGER

- Knowledge using a CRM tool in day to day operations (Nice to Have but not mandatory)
- The candidate is expected to convert consistent new business for core services offered by Signity at present and in future aThe Role
- The candidates should be expert in interacting with international clients and converting leads into accounts, with their individual domain knowledge, ability to independently provide solutions to the clients, followed with comprehensive documentation, proposals and accurate estimates.
Required Skill Set :
- Excellent client interaction and handling skills with good command on verbal and written English
- Strong experience in conducting client interactions for discovering and capturing their pain areas and business needs
- Meticulous knowledge of web and mobile development lifecycle with ability to grasp upcoming technologies quickly
- Experience in accurate Business Requirement Gathering and ability to write comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD) including business needs and proposed solutions
- Experience in coordinating with client to define project milestones, present high/low level implementation approach and to conduct knowledge transfer sessions with delivery teams
- Experience in creating wireframes, SRS Documents, process and application workflows to support functional specifications
- Proficiency in writing business level user stories and breaking them at task level for project teams
- Problem solving approach having a comprehensive predictive view of customer's future requirements and existing business processes

- Work with development teams to help them understand the project scope and objectives
- Flexible to work in different time zoness per the organization's vision
- This is a result driven profile and the candidate must be willing to accept new challenges and deliver
- The profile demands working in shits spread across various time zones to cater to clients in North America, Australia, Europe
Experience : 4+ Years
Educational Qualifications : B.Tech with post graduation in marketing/ sales preferred
