Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ideal candidate should have experience of managing distributors & appointing distributors based on relevant channel competency and achieving volume wtd. reach objectives.

- Follow through sales processes applying appropriate sales-tools, tactics and strategies in order to grow sales

- Participate in the sales planning exercise for location. Provide information about market trends, competitors sales practices

- Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business

- Support new products launches

- Ensure timely submission of claims and clean balance confirmation with all distributors. Price and Scheme management

- Collection of outstanding from account

- Provide a/c planning for volume/value billing per customer to branch manager.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Experience & knowledge of channel sales, Distribution sales

- Should have mandatory sales experience in industry i.e.- Appliances, Electrical, Paint, Hardware Telecom

- Good inter-personal skills

- Knowledge about various sales techniques

- Working Knowledge of Computer

- The incumbent should be street-smart

- The incumbent should have on-the-feet thinking

- Ability to do a lot of hard work

- Should be good with numbers
