Overview :
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating logistics, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide product information to customers.
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist in preparing sales quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product information.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure data integrity.
- Generate sales reports and analyze sales data.
- Support sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
