Job Summary :

The OEM Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to drive sales and business growth. This role will focus on identifying new OEM partners, managing existing accounts, and ensuring that all sales targets and business objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven experience in OEM sales.

Key Responsibilities :

- Account Management : Maintain and nurture relationships with existing OEM clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Business Development : Identify and pursue new OEM business opportunities in target markets to expand the customer base.

- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

- Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Negotiation & Contract Management : Lead contract negotiations with OEM clients and manage contract execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.

- Product Knowledge : Gain in-depth understanding of the company's products and how they can be integrated into OEM applications.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the product development, marketing, and - engineering teams to ensure alignment with OEM customer needs.

- Sales Forecasting : Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance against objectives.

- Customer Support : Provide technical support and guidance to OEM clients, helping to resolve any issues related to product integration or performance.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in OEM sales or business development in a similar industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.

- Knowledge of technical product development and the OEM market.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with OEM clients.
