Sigma Infosolutions - Sales Development Role (4-6 yrs)
Core Responsibilities :
- Be able to create a pipeline of leads based on the target parameters set by the organization, conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and map prospects, identify decision makers and effectively reach-out to them.
- Identify business opportunities by prospecting / evaluating contactee's position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

- Be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for developing prospects
- Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle
- Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
- Set appointments for Sigma Infosolutions sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage leading to hand-off to sales teams
- Research your target companies and prepare executive summaries to turn your Sales Executive into a guru ahead of their calls;
- Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
- Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
- Good understanding of tools and processes for market research and lead generation through Email Campaigns, LinkedIn, Cold calling etc.
- Follows up and maintains relationships with new leads and existing potentials by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Collate, Manage and generate report day-to-day data related to prospects, opportunities, proposals, etc. using formats and tools prescribed by the team.
- Market Company's posts on Social Media Platforms & Competition research about the services being offered by the company
- Experience in IT services sales for the International Market with preference to USA
- He/She should be highly self-motivated, target driven and able to work independently
Restricted :
- Adherence to the expected roles and responsibilities w.r.t ISMS and QMS standards.
- Utilize CRM, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Follow-up with potential customers who were interested but did not buy.
- Develop new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Requirements/Skills/Need to have :
- 4 to 6 years of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in IT solutions / services (Candidates with experience in either ecommerce / fintech solutions will be preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Demonstrated success in prospecting through Sales Navigator - LinkedIn, Personalised emails, Emailer Campaigns
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and Great active-listening skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection or criticism.
- Experience collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams.
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- Great number sense and mathematical ability.
- Strong desire and ability to move up within the sales vertical of the organization
- High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM applications like ZOHO, Hubspot or Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
- Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
- Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead

- BA/BS/MBA degree or relevant experience
- Experience in planning, call control, opportunity qualification, account development
