Annual CTC Range: As per company norms
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Key Skills Required :
- At least 1 year of experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Basic understanding of IT services such as web and web application development.
- Ability to develop and nurture long-term client relationships.
- A proactive approach to addressing client concerns and needs.
- Ability to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Pursue business opportunities with companies looking for web and web application development services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely communication.
- Upsell and cross-sell IT services to existing clients.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to present our services and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Share valuable insights with the team to shape sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, sharing insights to refine sales strategies.
- Client Visits: Willing to travel to client locations as required for relationship-building and gathering requirements.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in managing sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking sales activities and client interactions.
- Knowledge of international markets and working with global clients.
