Roles and Responsibilities :

- Pursue business opportunities with companies looking for web and web application development services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely communication.
- Upsell and cross-sell IT services to existing clients.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to present our services and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Share valuable insights with the team to shape sales strategies.
