Person Specification :
- Educated to a degree level from a premier institute (preferably MBA)
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills in English
- Lead the team from the front with excellent track record of past sales achievements in EHR/EMR domain.
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Comfortable with working unpredictable working hours
- Tech savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, team player
- Natural and hands-on seller (comfortable selling on your own)
- Possess high ethical standards and be honest and trustworthy and assertive
- Excellent deal negotiator.
- Comfortable in selling to doctors, clinics and hospitals alike.
Job Description :
- To relentlessly chase, achieve and exceed sales targets of the sales team, as defined by the management team.
- To visit potential customers (doctors and clinics) to sell our software products
- Provide customers with quotations, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- To service the needs of existing customers
- To increase business opportunities through various routes to market
- Keeping up to date with competitive products
- To compile and analyse sales figures.
- To set teams sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
- To recruit and train sales staff.
- To monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach and exceed targets.
- To contribute in development of short-term, mid-term, and long term sales strategy.
- To gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
- To represent Sidqam Technologies at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- To identify new markets and business opportunities
- The role will suit someone willing to travel within Delhi NCR and potentially other cities in India. Previous IT sales experience within the healthcare community with links to doctors is a definite advantage. Should possess exceptional verbal communication skills with a strong command of speaking in English. Selling should come naturally. Should be honest and trustworthy. There is a generous commission
