Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
- Seek out the appropriate contact in Organizations/Hospitals/Clinics.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer profitability analysis, identifying areas of improvement for maintaining better customer relationship.
Requirements:
- Any graduate/ Post graduate
- Work experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role with a proven sales track record
- Passionate about customers and customer experience
- This role demands someone who has both creative flair and is analytical and organized
- Proactive, self-starter, capable of using their initiative to generate leads
- Have strong collaborative skills; be enthusiastic, organized and detail oriented; communicate insights articulately to multiple levels within the organization; be flexible in dealing with change; and achieve results by delivering commitments on time
- Fluent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English
