SIBM - Head - Marketing (7-20 yrs)
The main responsibility is to head, plan and schedule all the ATL and BTL marketing activities of JCR. Lead the media planning and scheduling. Should Co-ordinate with content generation and analyst team and make sure the plans are executed well. Liaise in with all external team (freelancers) for content. Work in co-ordination with CEO, to frame the marketing strategies, plan and execute the same.
Responsibilities:
1. Promote our products and services during events.
2. Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels.
3. Advertise our company and products/services on various media
4. Plan interviews and press conferences.
5. Produce marketing copy for our website.
6. Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates.
7. Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
8. Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
9. Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients- queries.
10. Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.
Requirements:
1. 7+ years of experience in marketing services (preferable consulting) or SaaS solutions
2. Hands-on experience with web content management tools.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
5. Experience with marketing campaigns on social media.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Good presentation skills.
8. MBA in Marketing, Master's Degree in Communications, Public Relations or relevant field
