SIBIA - Manager - Digital Content Marketing (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for a prolific and creative content creator to write and publish engaging contents (case studies, articles and white papers, blogs, infographics). The person will own the process to expand SIBIA's digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, flair of writing for technical/ business audience and project management skills.
Responsibilities :
- Create a number of content resources every week (case studies, product and feature introductions, website content) to drive awareness, generate interest, grow subscribers and leads, and other important business metrics
- Blog on an ongoing basis in support of our solutions and attract site visitors through search, social, and email campaigns.
- Editorial calendar and organization workflows must be developed and managed.
- Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution. This person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
- Grow our subscriber base by providing them regular, helpful content that's in-tune with their needs.
- Collaborate with designers, product marketing and sales teams, external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
- Develop and execute strategy and processes to scale output content.
- Make data-driven decisions to move the team and our content forward and hit company goals.
- Serve as an evangelist for our message, brand, and content through thought leadership and blogging, social media, and speaking.
- Ensure all marketing and sales stakeholders needs are met.
- Keep the team up-to-date with the latest trends in content marketing.
Requirements :
- PG degree (MBA preffered) with significant relevant working experience.
- Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) in B2B technology areas
- Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structuring, content development, distribution and measurement of success
- Editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
- Experience building audiences online or offline.
- In-depth knowledge content optimization and able to produce smart CTAs according to visitor life-cycle stage.
- A dual-minded approach - You are highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
