We are looking for a person who can take the entire responsibility of managing customer interactions and relationships with the company. A person who can improve customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring that customers are happy with the products or services provided by the company. This involves understanding customer needs, providing support and resolving issues in a timely manner, and managing customer feedback.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional Customer service.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for our IT product portfolio
3. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key customers
4. Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations and Manage customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collaborate with internal divisions and teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved
6. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
7. Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase customer loyalty
8. Train and educate employees on customer service best practices and company policies
9. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment of objectives and identify areas for improvement.
10. Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry, and positioning
11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
Desired Candidate Skillset:
1. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Client Relations Manager / Relationship Manager
2. Have a deep understanding of IT products and services and a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
3. Expertise in handling customers and a strong understanding of Marketing aspects(In the IT industry)
4. Excellent communication (Both Verbal & Written)
5. Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills
6. Strong Organizational skills and time management.
7. Flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
8. A person with a positive attitude and focused on customer satisfaction.
9. Ability to work independently and as a team player.
10. Proficiency in customer relationship management
