Shyplite - Manager - Sales & Marketing - eCommerce (3-6 yrs)

E-commerce Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Experience to manage Shopify and Amazon.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of E-Commerce business including P&L, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing activities
- Develop and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase website sales.
- Increase inbound lead generation and channel sales through digital activities.
- Collaborate with catalog, promotions, ads team, and agencies to maximize the brand impact and drive sales through digital channels.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook ads, web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Determine a location for product listings to maximize exposure to online traffic.
- Receive and process payments from customers, using electronic transaction services.
- Monitor competitive listings and pricing of other related websites.
- Collaborate with search engine shopping specialists to place marketing content in desired online locations.
- Analyze and measure Web site usage data to maximize search engine returns or refine customer interfaces.
- Keep a tab to maintain optimal inventory levels and returns.
- Create, manage, or automate orders or invoices, using order management or invoicing software.
- Cancel orders based on customer requests or inventory or delivery problems.
- Investigate products or markets to determine areas for opportunity or viability for merchandising specific products, using online or offline sources.
- Correspond with online customers via electronic mail, telephone, or other electronic messaging to address questions or complaints about products, policies, or shipping methods.
- Prepare MIS (Management Information System) on daily basis for Management.
Criteria:
- Hands-on E-Commerce experience with a proven record of scaling a brand/product.
- Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and decision - making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives; strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of A/B Testing, Shopify, Bid optimization, audience targeting, ad copy, creative, landing page, and more.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns.
Required Candidate profile
- To qualify Candidates must 4 to 6 years of strong experience in the same domain. Excellent work. experience with a mid to large size organization or preferably in the growth stage of a startup.
