Shyplite - Business Manager - Key Account Management - eCommerce Logistics (0-4 yrs)
- Responsible to lead the business development efforts for a particular industry segment
- Actively Manage the entire sales engagement from lead generation to transactions initiation
- Work with Account Management / Operations to ensure service delivery to customers
- Engage with the client base on a continuous basis to generate more sales
- Ability to understand and analyse market, competitive landscape & identify opportunities
- Design marketing campaigns aimed at retention and value preservation.
- Manage Key Accounts and up-selling and cross-selling to clients
- Deliver out of the box campaigns that will enrich customer experience which will increase Customer Life-time value and Revenue.
- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the overall management of the customer retention programs through strategic planning and marketing.
- Identify opportunities & implement tactics to maximize revenue and minimize churn among existing customer bases
- Track customer complaints and develop customer service policies and standards
- Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, loyalty, brand positioning and awareness
- Responsible for developing and executing the strategic alliances with leading corporates in the eCommerce space.
- Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- You will be responsible for the ongoing development of the e-commerce platform, continually monitoring performance and suggesting improvements as required, setting up things Right from Scratch.
- Critical factors will include - B2B marketing, account planning and prospecting, key account management, innovative and customized solution selling, etc.
- Work in team for creating strategy plans for visibility in media for start-ups and SMEs
- Acquiring and managing accounts having high degree of complexity in terms of client servicing
Skills :
- Articulate, organised, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multi-task
- The candidate should by all means be a go getter, somebody who has the knack to set up businesses from scratch, is entrepreneurial in nature and mindset
- Understanding of Channel in sales process and ability to use channel for furthering the pipeline and revenue
- Solution/ Concept selling experience / Enterprise landscaping / handling big corporates
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines and manage simultaneous programs and objectives
- Ability to utilise creative techniques to generate revenue
- Experience with web analytics, online insights, segmentation and behavioural trends
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
- Superior analytical skills and experience applying data to make decisions
- Preference will be given to candidates who have hands on experience in setting up a similar structures across the eCommerce industry and having lead the business model to profitable entities.
