We are hiring Customer Influence Manager (Sales Manager) for our Shuttl Team.
JD - Manager/AM Influence :
Key Deliverables :
- Managing outbound calling influence team (25+ members in-house + outsourcing partner)
- Driving team productivity by improving process, content, monitoring
- Ensuring work quality and adherence to SOPs
- Good analytical and problem-solving skill
- Strong understanding of product, tools and processes
- Any other work assigned from time to time
- Willingness to go extra mile for the interest of team and organization
Work Experience Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in managing teams
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Exposure in E-commerce/Insurance/Content-Editing/High end credit card companies
Education Qualifications :
- Minimum Graduation Required
