Shubhashray - Senior Executive/Executive - Sales (2-3 yrs)
Job Description
1) Hitting monthly sales target of 4 sales per month
2) Providing correct and detailed information to customers on price, offer and specifications of unit/project
3) Responding to all inquiries received and regularly follow up with them
4) Feeding inquiries into CRM software and updating it as per follow up
5) Conducting site visits
6) Responsible for existing booking payment and collection
7) Resolving customer queries by coordinating with all backend teams like CRM, Legal and Accounts
8) Maintaining and developing relationships with customers for referral bookings and channel partners for new sales
9) Gathering market and competitor's information
10) Conducting outdoor promotional activities like participating in trade fairs, canopy installation, etc
Key Skills Needed :
1) Should be able to sell ethically and transparently
2) 3+ years experience in Real Estate/Insurance/Telecom/FMCG sales is preferable but not necessary.
3) Good relationship building skills
4) Good communication and convincing skills
5) Should be tenacious and resilient
Mandatory Requirement
Should have his/her own conveyance
CTC
Upto Rs. 4.80 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
