About the Job Opportunity :
- We are looking for an experienced leader to head our sales operation in Neemrana, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be an MBA from a Premier B-School, with 10+ years of experience out of which at least 5 years is in Real-estate sales. A go-getter, who has high ownership and never give up attitude, s/he will be responsible for all sales-related activities & leading, and mentoring the sales team for our current as well as upcoming projects in the region. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Head, the person will be working with Marketing & CRM team to devise the strategy for the target achievement.
- The most challenging part of this role will be to envisage and run CRM, Sales, and Marketing functions as your own business unit. One, who has always wanted to take up end-to-end responsibility for their actions, cutting aside the orthodox organizational structures and hierarchies, should definitely apply for this role.
Job Description :
1. Achieving the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and collection target.
2. Onboarding new Channel partners/brokers and getting regular business from them.
3. Coaching & mentoring the sales team, reviewing their performance closely and correcting their behavior if needed.
4. Hire and mentor new sales executives.
5. Working in conjunction with marketing to plan out the best strategy and exploring various platforms to increase the visibility of 'Brand Shubhashray'.
6. Working with the CRM team to ensure smooth collection and customer satisfaction.
