Job Description :
1. Hitting monthly sales targets of 2 sales per month
2. Providing correct and detailed information to customers on price, offer, and specifications of unit/project
3. Responding to all inquiries received and regularly follow up with them
4. Feeding inquiries into CRM software and updating it as per follow up
5. Conducting site visits
6. Responsible for existing booking payment and collection
7. Resolving customer queries by coordinating with all backend teams like CRM, Legal, and Accounts
8. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers for referral bookings
9. Gathering market and competitor's information on products and pricing
10. Conducting outdoor promotional activities like participating in trade fairs, canopy installation, etc
Key Skills Needed :
1. Should be able to sell ethically and transparently
2. 1-3 years experience in RealEstate/Insurance/Telecom/FMCG sales is preferable but not necessary.
3. Should be able to build and maintain relationships
4. Good communication and convincing skills
Mandatory Requirement :
1. Should have his/her own conveyance
CTC :
1. Rs.3 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
2. Performance-linked incentives paid monthly
3. Corporate health insurance
