- We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1-2 year of experience in Real estate/Pre-Sales.
- The desired candidate preferably should have good communication skills and should be Well-versed with Excel and CRM software.
Job Description
1. Lead Generation and Management : Generate lead through various source like SMS, out bound calls, WhatsApp campaigns etc. And managing leads in pre-sales software and assuring timely follow up.
2. Marketing content creation : Coordinate with sales and marketing departments, understand current campaign and sales requirements and create marketing content for lead generation.
3. Sales Support : coordinating with sales team for their lead requirements and generating lead accordingly.
4. Database Management : Prepare all MIS related to pre-sales activity and maintain all date properly
CTC
1. Up to Rs. 2.40 lacs per year
2. Corporate health insurance.
