Shryoan - Manager - Business Development (3-10 yrs)
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs and developing strategies
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Conduct market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
- Assigned to handle overall aspects of business territory wise and Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Maintaining client records and answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from Clients
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior fmcg/beauty industry related business development experience
- Experience in sales. Negotiation with Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel,
- Positive, can do - hands on- mentality with Ability to work in fast-paced environment
