Job Role : Sr. Technical Sales Engineer

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering/B.E Mechanical/Diploma in B.E

Experience : 3-5 years of experience in sales is preferred.

Job Responsibilities :

- Visit customers on a regular basis to build relationships, gather feedback, identify sales opportunities and develop new enquiries.

- Discuss and demonstrate testing applications to customers, ensuring they understand the functionality and benefits.

- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Develop and present alternative solutions to meet customer solution needs, addressing specific challenges or requirements.

- Maintain regular email communication with customers, providing updates, responding to inquiries, and handling correspondence.

- Update the customer regarding material status.

- Making weekly visit plan and implement.

- Payment follow up.

- Conduct in -depth research to understand the client's needs and competitor offerings.

- Coordinating with all relevant executives of client (Purchase manager, shop floor manager, technical manager) for improving sales opportunities.

- Internal coordination with shreeji billing department for completion of sales documentation.

- The allotted engineer will report to Senior Sales Manager and work with team.

Key Skills :

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong technical knowledge of testing applications and industry best practices.

- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits :

- There are 6 sick leaves, 6 casual leaves and 9 paid leaves.

- Leaves are unpaid when candidate is on probation period.

- Personal Accidental Insurance is provided by organization, petrol allowance is provided 4.5rs/km.

- PF will be deducted 12% from basic salary.
