YOU SHOULD DO :

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

- Understand customer needs and requirements

- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within your assigned territory

- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

- Perform effective online demos to prospects

- Take care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high-quality service before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met

- Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to customers in a manner that engages, helps them understand and influences them to action and a decision.

- Establishing ways to ensure that your work is completed effectively and efficiently

- Actively participate within team to help team achieve collective goals

YOU MUST HAVE :

- Minimum of a high school diploma or a university diploma / degree in the fields of Business, Sales, or Marketing

- Should be willing to work as per EST time zone.

- Excellent Internal and external emotional intelligence and relationship management skills

- Highly organised and accurate

- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day

- Self-driven and able raise standards of quality and productivity when required

- Resourceful and highly independent

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Ability to communicate effectively and influence people

- Familiarity with Chimney Sales, Set-up, Services, is preferred

- Knowledge in using Windows & Microsoft Office

- Must be a team player with the right attitude

- Must be able to demonstrate first-hand experience of all the attributes listed in the above job description
