Sales /Collection Target achievement management:
To Plan, Achieve Product segment wise, district wise/SO wise weekly/ monthly sales/collection target
Existing dealer/ fabricator/Engineers/Contractors/others Business management:
To bring in additional sales from existing customer from all segments and increase all products sales volume.
Enquiry/Lead management:
To Plan, Achieve segment wise weekly/ monthly Lead and enquiry /Quotation/Category wise(Prospects) target.
Order conversion management:To Plan, Achieve segment wise weekly/ monthly quotation to order conversion target(Conversion ratio Enquiry to Order)
New Dealer selection and appointment:
To Plan market wise, area wise dealer requirement and ensure timely appointment in all defined markets .
Customer visit management:
To Plan, Achieve segment wise weekly/ monthly customer visit target by joint field visit with sales officer.(20 days of field work)
Sales promotion marketing activities:
To plan and organize dealer,fabricator,Contractors, Builders,Engineers meet to increase the data base and compile, to generate business.
Periodic review and Performance Planning:
To plan organize weekly performance review meet to ensure performance improvement for achievement of defined targets.
