SHRAS IT Solutions - Sales Role (3-5 yrs)
Job summary :
- As an IT Sales personnel, you will be responsible to look for opportunities in Middle East market to acquire new customers for the business using strong connections. You will be the first point of contact and will guide qualified leads through the sales process, from running a demo to closing the deal. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with the existing customers. A high aptitude for sales and strong negotiation skills makes you right fit for the role with prior work experience in the IT solution sales.
Job Description :
- Build a strong pipeline and consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Increase product portfolio sales through active customer needs assessment and solution recommendations.
- Acquire a full understanding of client requirements on both technical and commercial aspects.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact with a client to the closure and follow up support.
- Prepare sales proposal and client engagement contract.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships and providing quality customer service.
- Effectively manage the growth of assigned clients through transactional and solution-oriented selling approach.
- Ensure a minimum of 85% coverage of your assigned stack through regular physical and telephonic meetings.
- Lead online demonstrations to clients.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the client's success.
- Remain in frequent contact with the existing clients and prioritize retention as a major focus.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow transactions and revenue volumes from an assigned database of customers.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the company's products and services as well as knowledge of the company's workflows and business processes.
- Work with the client in both procurement/contract and IT management level.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position our products and services portfolio better
