Showroom Sales Role - Auto/Vehicle (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about motorcycles, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and specifications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.
Sales Process:
- Generate leads and follow up on potential customers.
- Negotiate prices and terms to close deals.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Showroom Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels and product displays.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong product knowledge and passion for motorcycles.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Valid driver's license.
