Showroom sales manager for Orientation center (For Hyderabad and Kerala)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Have prior experience in luxury retail /high-end selling
- Have earlier worked with the concept of 'need creation'
- Prior experience in explaining product concepts and converting customer leads
- Exposure of creating brand presence
- Exposure to concept selling
- Market awareness and competitor mapping
- Strong follow-ups
- To educate every walk - in customer on Lighting
- To make every customer aware about complete product details & value to the customers
- To understand the needs of the customers and guide them about company range of complete lighting solutions &
- To educate customers about our dealers network & sales process
- To support customers in locating the nearest dealer for their convenience
- To provide customers leads to the sales team
- To ensure that the customers are properly followed by sales team from first meeting till maturity or conversion to sales
- To ensure targeted conversion of customers into sales
- To educate customers on new lighting products launched by the company
- To ensure contribution of new lighting products into sales as per defined targets
- To display Company lighting products at Showroom as per guidelines and in defined time limits
- To ensure cleanliness & upkeep of highest standard at Showroom
- To manage lighting inventory at Show Room
- To take stock with accounts as per agreed timelines
