Showroom Manager - Sales - Jewellery (12-17 yrs)
Responsibilities:
Showroom Sales
- Responsible for achieving the overall showroom sales revenue set for the
year, quarter and month
- Responsible for conducting weekly sales review with the sales team and
setting the measures to meet their targets
Customer Walkins
- Responsible for increasing the customer walkins to the showroom as per the set norm
- Responsible for coordinating with the CRM team to manage and convert leads into walkins
Customer Conversion
- Responsible for meeting all the non-conversion customers leaving the showroom
- Responsible for delivery of items as per the commitment date given to the customer
- Responsible for delivery of items as per the commitment date
- Responsible for optimizing the overall inventory cost of the showroom
- Responsible for taking periodic stock audit with the corporate audit team
- Responsible for setting the merchandising display in the showroom
- Responsible for building a strong team in the showroom which includes their selling skills to servicing the customers
- Responsible for setting targets for each member in the showroom from helper to the salesman to the billing incharge
Showroom Discounts & Offerings
- Responsible for monitoring the product pricing and amount of discount offerings by the sales team
Requirement
Education: Minimum 12+ (intermediate)
Experience: atleast 10 - 15 years Experience in Jewellery Retail Store
out of which should have handled a team size of min 20 Sales Executive for atleast 5 years in any reputed gold retail Stores
- Candidate should have Hindi Speaking & Telugu Speaking skills.

- Good Interpersonal and self motivated. Young Energitic and enthusiastic.
Should take ownership and target oriented. Team driven and willing to take challenge
